All Artsake pieces are first-hand painted, high-resolution scanned, and inkjet-printed on high quality cotton canvas. High resolution images capture all the details of thick paint textures and brush strokes to give an immaculate and accurate rendition of the original artwork.
Canvas-prints are then stretched on wood stretcher bars, and framed with a solid wood floating-frame, giving it a true art gallery look and feel. Learn more about how it’s made, here.
All prints and frames are prepared and hand assembled in the USA at our Pennsylvania facilities.
All artwork has the option of a gallery-style floating frame in various finishes. The sizes of the art shown is without the frame. Please add 1.5” to the width and 1.5” to the height to calculate the finished dimensions. Frames are 2” off the wall. All pieces are already assembled with the artwork, which means your piece will be ready to hang with a hanging kit attached to allow for easy installation. A Limited Edition is a fixed number of identical prints. That means that when an edition is sold out, it will no longer be available. A Limited-edition print has more value than an open edition or open run print because the availability and scarcity of each work is set.
Yes. An Original Work is a completely unique piece of artwork. Mediums typically include: oil, acrylic or watercolor. The originals of each artwork is available for purchase. If the original work that you love is no longer available for purchase, please email info@artsake.com and we can discuss a commission for a new original work with the artist of your choice.
For special sizing and commissions, please contact info@artsake.com. We are happy to discuss a special size or custom commission for a new original work with the artist on your behalf. Artsake will provide the artist creative guidance and will be sure that you are satisfied with the work produced. We’ll also facilitate any production, payment processing, and shipping requirements.
Though we cannot guarantee specific shipment dates until an order has been placed, artworks typically ship within 10 - 12 business days from date of order. As soon as your piece has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing shipping@artsake.com.
Shipping is free for all standard items to the Continental US and Canadian addresses.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Please ensure the correct address is entered at time of order. Once marked as "delivered" by carrier tracking, we are not responsible for the package.

All orders are shipped out of the USA. For international orders please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Please provide your full daytime delivery address as well as a contact phone number to ensure a smooth delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the common carrier in question along with your tracking number for information on how to file a claim. Please note that Artsake is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. Due to the diversity and customization of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made specifically to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchange items. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving to you, our valued customer. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team (care@artsake.com), and we will produce and send a replacement at no charge.
