Artsake Newsletter Referral Contest

1. Eligibility:

The Artsake Newsletter Referral Contest (the "Contest") is open to individuals who:
Are legal residents of the continental United States or Canada.
Are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry.
Are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Artsake.

2. Contest Period:
The Contest begins on November 1 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on November 30 at 11:59 PM EST.

3. How to Enter:
To enter the Contest, participants must:
Be subscribed to the Artsake newsletter.
Refer a minimum of three friends to subscribe to the newsletter.
By entering this contest, you confirm you have obtained consent from your friends to sign them up for our newsletter.

4. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place within 10 days of the Contest's end date.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prize:
The winner will receive a free artwork of their choice.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.

6. Notification of Winners:
The winner will be notified by email within 4 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 10 days after notification, a new winner will be selected.

7. Personal Information:
Participants' personal information collected during the Contest will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions:
Artsake reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in its sole discretion.
Artsake is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received.
By entering the Contest, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law:
The Contest is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
